Our Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed and posted out immediately during business hours Monday through to Friday. We try to ship all orders same day if placed before 11 am AEST; however, depending on location, some orders may take longer. All standard orders ship with Australia Post. All express orders ship with Australia Post’s Express service.

International Shipping

For global standard shipping it is $29.95. And global express shipping is $49.95.

Please note that International orders shipped may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry to your country that will need to be paid by you.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied! That's why we will happily give you your money back on any of the FollicGuard™ product range. After trying our products and if you are not completely happy,simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery. Items will need to be returned back to us and we will issue a refund.

Refunds can only be issued to the same medium that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.
